Trends 2012: Plague Inc.

The world was supposed to end a week ago.
Who would believe that
the end of a long and rather accurate, celestial-based calendar of an ancient American civilization
would coincide with the end of the world?

Trends 2012: BJ and BS

Before anything else, Buko Shake and Buko Juice.
These two are nothing new really but they did trend well this past year.

I won't deny it. I love BJ!
Sweetened is good but I like the aftertaste of the unsweetened variety better.
I love it on the spot, in the nut but a cool one won't be bad after a tiredly day in the sun.

Mohawk & Happy Gym!

Read first part of Mohawk: Mohawk, Razorback Sando, and Abs

Read first part of Happy: Happy Gym!

Read second part of Happy: Happy Gym 2!

Surprising. It is a weekend-edge holiday but the gym is not even half-filled. I start with my routine. I am in the mood of lifting but it seems my body does not want heavy tonight. At least, the small crowd now is more beautiful than usual.

Crossroads

Pinoyadonis is currently experiencing a crisis.
What I have feared years ago is happening now.

Would I turn to become a rebel to the kingdom or be a traitor to the cause?

I hope I would find the answer soon as it is staring to be disturbing. For now, I would just enjoy learning from both sides.

408 km away

I spent the last 5 days of sembreak with family at Ilocos. The best part of the trip was at Hannah's Beach Resort at the northern tip of Luzon Island. The worst part, choosy network coverage. I was not able to reach the outside world for two days. We are like this. We go on vacation to escape our monotonous daily lives. When we are far from the hustle, we miss it, and depressed that we are disconnected.

Happy Gym 2!

Read the first part: Happy Gym!

Busy week. Usual day. Felt productive and energized. S was my trainer for the third time. My previous trainer was said to be busy with a lot of other stuffs. I seldom see him anymore. The place was full that night. S brought me out to the terrace for a dumbbell exercise. It was a nice break from the crowded place inside but the coldness of the wind reached my bones.

A guy then talked with S while I was doing four sets.
S: Let me go. I'll return inside. [Slipping from the guys holding arms]
3: Hey! Come back here S. My phone has a camera so we can have evidence.

Happy Gym!

My usual gym trainer is not around. Good thing, the boxing trainer, S, offered to instruct me instead. S has a bigger body than my trainer, way cuter, and kinda have this sex appeal of some sort. He is senseless sometimes and I did not enjoyed how he instructed me. I think I will try him in boxing.

James Bond

warning: some spoiler

**
2 stars out of 5

Good actors. Sexy Daniel Craig.
Good settings. London, Istanbul, and Shanghai.
Good effects. Except maybe some.
Great Adele official soundtrack, Skyfall. Which was heavily used to draw attention to the movie's trailer.

Sweaty Drunk

9 30 pm. A guy from pr message me. I was kinda excited of his pics. I meet with him. I knew his face. I met with him before, near Binangonan's lake shore. Kind of disappointed really. Let us just make this night pass by.

10 30 pm. There were four of us. I initially thought it was only the two of us and it would be quick. The one that messaged me was actually a couple. We were drinking 1 liter of gsm blue. I really like the guy with the skyblue jacket. 19 years old. Kinda cute. My friend said he is straight. But things could be arranged.

Pr App on Android

PlanetRomeo (Pr) is set to go head-on (pun intended) against Grindr with the launch of its first ever official app on Android (version 2 on iOS). Grindr was quite revolutionary in its launch three years ago as it gave 'gaydar' a physical manifestation in the form of mobile devices using gps.

In Defense of the Cyber Penal Code of the Philippines

Read the first part: In Defense of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012

Disclaimer: This opinion is not of a member of the bar nor of a law student.

The Cybercrime Prevention Act actually seeks to protect the free and safe use of information and communications technologies (ICT), including the Internet. In Section 4 of the law, the various cybercrimes were defined. These include hacking, e-tapping, spreading of computer virus, and spamming, among others. Being a poser, use of registered tradenames, and using of ICT for child pornography are also punishable.

The one thing I did not like  in Section 4 is the wording in (c) Content-related Offenses:
(1) Cybersex. — The willful engagement, maintenance, control, or operation, directly or indirectly, of any lascivious exhibition of sexual organs or sexual activity, with the aid of a computer system, for favor or consideration. (bold and underline supplied)

The Quest for a Pinoy Pesto

My mom brought home a lot of pasta from the States. Now is my chance to experiment on cooking European pasta. I even used the pasta for my birthday party with family last August. I also tried to infuse European pasta with Thai recipe using Pinoy ingredients and I came up with Pinoy Pad-Thai. I think that was a successful infusion because they finish a large serving platter in an hour.

In Defense of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012

Disclaimer: This view is not of a member of the bar nor of a law student.

Here is my position on the most contested Republic Act No. 10175. I am taking the unpopular side of this much heated topic. I am aware of the risk of being infamous very early on the life of this blog because of this view. I usually take unpopular stands on topics in the hope of espousing democratic discussion. In this way, not only you learn, but I also. That being said, please be open also in your thoughts on things you are against.

I do not think the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 should be repealed.

Mohawk, Razorback Sando, and Abs

To the cute sweaty boy macho dancing on cheezy opm's in front of the mirror at the gym, fuck you. I can't concentrate on what I'm doing.

Mohawk is C.

New Beginning II

You will get to know me much more in this post. I will discuss here my interests, my ideologies, my self. These would be the topics of what I would mostly post here in the future, of course besides gay topics.

Casual

We meet them, know them, then say goodbye after sharing a small part of us with them. They are the first and last goodbyes. We will never talk with them again. Not even see again. We hide. We reason that we are being pushed into the shadows. Or we just really like it in the shadow?

Faceless. Nameless. The idea of anonymity. The idea of something new. Fresh. Lust at first sight. The convenience of fun then forget. One mouthful then he, with my full view, spit it with head slightly twisted to his left.

New Beginning

What has been

This started in 2008 as a high school blog about my high school crush. Then extended to posts about my grade school crush and other high school experiences as well. As you can see, there is not much here. This was an occasional lit blog.

The Fall of Man

Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’” “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. (Genesis 3 verses 1-6 NIV)

After I swallowed with his gaze,
the cunning serpent hissed.
Tempting me to take a bite
from the fruit.
